Get Best Doc (“GBD,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates getbestdoc.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect from visitors to this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it — in plain English, consistent with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act).

What we collect, and why
We only collect personal data you choose to give us. This site does not currently run any advertising trackers or analytics that build a profile of you as you browse.
- Free Audit form: if you submit our Free Google Visibility Audit request, we collect your name, practice/clinic name, city, WhatsApp number, and optionally your email and existing online presence links. We use this solely to prepare and deliver the audit and to follow up about our services.
- “10 Pointers” pop-up form: if you request our patient-footfall guide, we collect your name and email address to send you the PDF.
- WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, we see your name and number as provided by WhatsApp, and the content of your messages.
- Email: if you email us, we retain that correspondence to respond to you and keep a record of the conversation.
What we don’t do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We do not currently run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other visitor-tracking technology on this site — if that changes, we will update this policy and add a cookie-consent banner before any tracking goes live.
Where your data goes
Form submissions on this site are stored in our internal CRM system, hosted on our own infrastructure, and are accessible only to Get Best Doc team members who need them to do their jobs (sales follow-up, service delivery, and billing). We do not use any third-party marketing platform to process your enquiry data.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, we retain your business contact details for the duration of our engagement and as required for our own accounting and tax records thereafter. If you submit an enquiry and don’t proceed further, we retain it for a reasonable follow-up period and delete or anonymise it if there’s no ongoing relationship.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these, email hello@getbestdoc.com with your request — we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children’s data
This site is intended for healthcare professionals and business enquiries. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
